Different Breed Elite Fitness collects only the information you give us: your name, email, phone, and what you want to train when you submit the free-intro form, plus the information MindBody collects when you book a class or buy a membership.

We use that information to text or email you about your booking, your membership, and occasional gym news. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

We use Resend for transactional email and MindBody for class booking. Both have their own privacy policies and security practices.

To have your data deleted, email don@differentbreedsportsacademy.com and we'll remove you from our systems within 7 business days.

Any questions go to the same email. We're a 12-coach gym in Teaneck, and there's a real person on the other end.
