What to expect

The work.

You'll wrap your hands. You'll warm up. Then you'll work — six rounds of bag, mitts, footwork, and conditioning, called by a coach who cares whether you got better today than you were yesterday.

Beginners get the same standard, scaled. We meet you where you are; we do not lower the bar.

A typical session

  1. 01 Warm-up Skip rope, shadow, mobility. 10 min.
  2. 02 Round 1–2 Heavy bag fundamentals. Stance, jab, cross.
  3. 03 Round 3–4 Mitts with a coach. Combinations, defense.
  4. 04 Round 5–6 Conditioning. Bag intervals, footwork ladders.
  5. 05 Cool-down Stretch, talk, leave better.
