Code of Conduct.

This is a real gym with real people. The standard on the floor is the same standard in the lobby and in the locker room.

Respect the coaches. Respect the room. Respect every other person training next to you — regardless of skill, age, gender, or background.

No phones in the ring. No outside coaching during class — your coach is the one calling the round. Wraps and gloves required for bag work.

Sparring is by invitation, after assessment. Headgear required. Mouthguards required.

We don't tolerate harassment, bullying, racism, sexism, or homophobia — from members, guests, or coaches. Strikes are immediate and not negotiable.

Show up. Do the work. Help the next person do theirs.
