Two age tracks. Ages 6–11 build the athletic foundation — movement quality, coordination, agility, the basics of sprinting and changing direction. Ages 12+ get into real strength and conditioning — sprint mechanics, plyometrics, lateral speed, and the kind of programming that holds up across a season. Programmed by Michelle Buttafuoco (M.S. Exercise Science) and assisted by the Different Breed coaching staff.
