  • Feel Good Fitness with Nikki

    Feel good fitness with Nikki is a 45 minute full body workout prioritizing strength and mobility. During this full body workout you will be using a hybrid of light to moderate dumbbells, bands and Pilates balls to achieve that perfect burn.
